What can I expect when I come to your clinic?
We have a state of the art clinic with an entirely electronic medical record. Our clinic is new and designed to provide a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. For your first visit we ask that you fill out a demographics sheet as well as provide us with billing information. You can speed up the process by downloading the forms and bringing them in already filled out.
What do I need to bring?
Please bring a picture ID and your insurance card, if you will be using insurance.
Who will care for me?
Our facility is staffed solely with experienced, board-certified physicians trained in the latest procedures and treatments. Our staff includes the following physicians:
Who do you treat?
Physicians at Fast Track are trained in the care of all patients. We will see patients from three months of age and older. We will also treat pregnant patients for non-obstetrical problems.
Is it convenient?
We have complimentary valet on select evenings. We are open 7 days a week, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. No appointment is necessary. Just walk in and receive care when you need it most.
How quickly will I be seen?
From check in to check out, our visits are typically less than one hour. Visits for complicated problems as well as those that occur during busy times may take longer.
What is your privacy policy?
A copy of our privacy policy can be found by clicking here.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, American Express, Discover, Visa, and Mastercard. We will accept checks from an in-state, established banking account.
Why is my co-pay more than my regular doctor?
Copays vary between different insurances and different plans. It is always best to check directly with your insurance provider to determine your out-of-pocket expense for urgent care services. If you are unable to contact your insurance provider or if your copay is not listed on your insurance card, our staff can assist you in determining eligibility and copay cost at the time of service.
Why did I get a bill?
Sometimes online or verbal verification of insurance coverage or co-pay is not available, for instance, during evening and weekend hours. If there is an amount owed, our billing department will go over your insurance claim with you.
Why is everything done with computers?
Fast Track is a completely paperless facility. Your information is entered into our state-of-the-art electronic record system. By using electronic records we can speed up the visit, check for medication interactions, and even fax a prescription to the pharmacy before you walk out the door.
