Murilo Da Silveira, APRN
Murilo Da Silveria is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. He was born and raised in Sao Paulo, Brazil. He moved to the U.S. when he was 14 years old and attended high school and college in Tampa, FL. Murilo obtained his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from South University. As a RN he spent several years in a cardiac unit and was in charge of a diabetic/medical 22 bed unit at Florida Hospital Tampa. He also spent some time teaching as an assistant professor at South University where he taught health assessment and Fundamentals of nursing to the BSN nursing program at South. Murilo obtained his degree in Masters of Science in Nursing from Keiser University with a focus in family medicine and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, who happens to be a nurse as well, and his 3 kids. They enjoy playing soccer, baseball and football as a family. He also enjoys cooking for the family (went to culinary school) and he is a true cinephile.
