Kimberly Collins, M.D.
Dr. Kimberly Collins was born and raised in New York City. She studied Biology at Haverford College in Pennsylvania. She attended Harvard Medical School, graduating with a medical degree and Master’s in Public Health. Dr Collins is a board-certified emergency physician having completed residency at the University of New Mexico Hospital and is a fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians. After residency, Dr Collins served in the U.S. Air Force as part of the Health Professions Scholarship Program. Dr Collins practiced in academic and community emergency departments for nearly 15 years. A decade ago she transitioned to the more patient-friendly environment of urgent care. Professional interests include access to care, preventive health, and technology.
Dr. Collins moved to Florida in 2001 to be closer to family and enjoy life in a warm climate. Outside of medicine, her interests include travel, running, enjoying nature and animals.
