Kimberly Frack, APRN
Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
Kimberly is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and is a native Floridian. She has ventured out a few times but always makes her way back home to Florida! After high school, Kimberly became a licensed massage therapist for 10 years. She wanted to elevate her abilities to help people so she decided to try out nursing. Kimberly started out as a Licensed Practical Nurse and fell in love with nursing and patient care. She graduated with Honors from Erwin Technical School and continued her journey by receiving her Associates Degree in Nursing. Kimberly has worked in medical foster care, school health services, telephone triage, nursing homes, and dialysis. While gaining experience working as a registered nurse, she continued her education at South University receiving a Bachelor degree in Nursing (BSN) and a Master degree in Nursing specializing in family practice (MSN-FNP). Kimberly is duly inducted in the Honor Society of Nursing and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society.
Kimberly enjoys spending time with her husband and family. Kimberly is a lover of all animals – she has two cats and a bearded dragon. When time allows, she also likes to travel, spend time outside, and make arts and crafts with her nieces and nephews.
