Michael Trueba PA-C

Michael Trueba is a board-certified Physician Assistant from Miami, Florida. After graduating high school, he received his Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Florida in 2012. After graduation, Michael wanted to receive additional training and knowledge in medicine and decided to become an EMT (Emergency Medical Technician). It was then that he had the knowledge and the strong professional application to apply to and become accepted into the South University Physician Assistant program.

After graduating Physician Assistant school, Michael went straight into the field of Interventional Cardiology, caring for patients in and outside of the hospital. This allowed Michael to be very comfortable with heart and vascular health. After nearly a year in Cardiology, Michael decided to seek an alternative field which lead him directly towards urgent care. Michael treats his patients the way he would want to be treated, with care and a smile.
