On the other hand, emergency care is necessary for life-threatening situations or severe medical issues that require immediate medical attention, such as severe chest pain, difficulty breathing, or sudden loss of consciousness. 

When should I visit an urgent care clinic?

You should visit an urgent care facility when you have a non-life-threatening medical concern that requires prompt attention but does not need a trip to the emergency room. Our walk-in urgent care is ideal for treating minor injuries as well as common illnesses such as colds, flu, and infections. At our walk-in clinic, we accept most major insurances. Our team verifies your eligibility and benefits when you arrive at our clinics with your insurance card. Do you offer a discount rate for patients without insurance?

Yes, we understand that not everyone has insurance coverage, which is why we offer self-pay discounted pricing for patients without insurance. During your visit, you will receive transparent and affordable pricing options. For our uninsured or out-of-network patients, we offer a self-pay discounted visit charge. This fee covers the initial assessment by our medical professionals. If additional services such as diagnostic testing, procedures, or other medical services are required during your visit, they will have an extra cost. 

What are your walk-in clinic’s hours of operation? 

Our walk-in urgent care clinics are open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day of the week. We make every effort to staff our clinics appropriately to keep wait times to a minimum. While walk-ins are always welcome, the best way to avoid longer wait times is to utilize our On My Way system and fill out forms electronically for an expedited check-in upon arrival at the nearest clinic.

You can reschedule, cancel, or change your On My Way visit. If you need to reschedule or change your On My Way reservation, please call our team directly at 813-925-1903. We understand that plans can change, and we are here to accommodate your needs with flexibility. To cancel your reservation, please call 727-685-2635 and leave a message with your First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, phone number, and the date and time of your reservation.
