How Does Insurance Billing Work?
We will confirm your active insurance coverage during your visit and directly bill your insurance company for services rendered. With limited exceptions, we require patients to provide a payment card on file for their visit. Once the claim processes through your insurance company, the payment card on file will be charged if there is a payment owed. If the patient’s insurance requires a copay, the payment card on file will only be charged for the copay amount for the visit.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
What if I don’t have a card to leave on file?

How will I know my financial information is safe?
TGH Urgent Care powered by Fast Track does not store your sensitive credit card information at any office or on any computers. We are HIPAA and PCI compliant, with strict guidelines to protect patient privacy and information.
How will I know how much you are going to charge me?
You will receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your insurance company that explains how much of your visit they pay and how much you pay. You will be charged the amount indicated on your Explanation of Benefits (EOB). We will also receive a copy of your EOB from your insurance and will charge your credit card on file with the amount due as indicated within 2-3 business days of receipt. If there is no balance due, your card is not charged.
Why do I have to provide a payment card and sign an agreement each visit?
TGH Urgent Care powered by Fast Track does not save payment cards for use for future visits. Payment cards on file are only set up for a single visit. We ask patients to provide updated card information each visit to ensure secure set up and timely payment, if applicable.
Do you offer self-pay or uninsured options?
We offer self-pay discounted pricing at the time of visit. An evaluation starts at $235 for patients without insurance. If diagnostic testing, procedures or other services are required, these charges will be in addition to the evaluation cost.
