If your insurance is not listed above, please call our office and we will be happy to verify if we are in-network with your plan. If we are not in-network, we will be happy to provide assistance for submission to your insurance for reimbursement per your plan.
Your co-pay or deductible is determined by your insurance plan and benefits. At the time of your visit, our staff will be happy to assist you with determining your coverage and your out-of-pocket responsibility.
For our insured patients we offer the Feel Better Program with no expense at the time of service. Please call or ask our front office for more details.
