Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome. You can also Save My Spot and complete forms ahead of time.
What are your hours?

Do you treat children?
Yes. We see patients 3 months and up for non-emergency conditions. Learn about Pediatric Urgent Care.
Do you offer X-rays and lab tests?
Yes. We provide on-site X-ray Services and a broad menu of Lab Testing. Availability may vary by day and clinical need.
What is an “EMC” (Emergency Medical Condition)?
An EMC is a condition with acute symptoms serious enough that not treating it could jeopardize your health. Under Florida’s PIP statute, coverage limits can differ depending on whether an EMC is determined. Your insurer can advise you on how this applies to your claim.
Do you provide work notes, activity restrictions, or school letters after an accident?
Absolutely. We can provide return-to-work/school guidance and activity restrictions based on your evaluation.
Will you coordinate with my primary care doctor or specialist,?
Yes. With your permission, we can share visit notes and imaging results to support your ongoing care and claim documentation. See Occupational Health if your crash was work-related.
Can you stitch cuts or treat minor fractures?
Yes. We perform laceration repair, splinting, and care for many minor fractures and sprains. We’ll coordinate orthopedic follow-up if needed.
Do you test and treat for COVID-19, flu, and RSV?
Yes. We offer rapid testing when appropriate and evidence-based treatment guidance for each condition.

How long will my visit take?
Most patients are seen in under an hour, though times vary with acuity and volume. Save My Spot helps shorten your lobby time.
Do you offer sports or school physicals?
Yes. Bring required forms and a list of current medications and medical history.
Can I get a work note or return-to-work clearance?
Absolutely. We provide visit documentation and, when appropriate, work notes or clearances.
What if my condition is more serious?
If your evaluation suggests an emergency, we’ll arrange a transfer to a nearby ER. For ongoing needs, we coordinate with your primary care or specialists.
Do you offer physicals for Babcock Neighborhood School or Babcock High School students?
Yes. Bring completed forms and medication/allergy lists;we provide same-day documentation.
Can you treat heat-related issues after outdoor events at Founder’s Square or around the lake?
Yes. We evaluate dehydration and heat illness, provide oral rehydration or IV fluids when appropriate, and rule out more serious causes of headache or fatigue.
