Paul Nanda, M.D.
Dr. Nanda comes to us from the Midwest. However, don’t let that fool you, he has traveled and worked all over the globe.
Dr. Nanda received his undergraduate and Masters’ Degrees at Indiana University, went to medical school in St. Maarten and spent a year of medical school living and working in London, England. He then went to The Ohio State University for his family medicine residency training and stayed on as a faculty member at OSU as an Assistant Professor of Family Medicine. He spent many years focused on global health advocacy and education, which enabled him to spend 2-3 months a year volunteering overseas. He has spent time in Zimbabwe, South Africa, Lesotho, Peru, Belize, Brazil, Bolivia, Saipan, India, Honduras and Haiti. Prior to moving to Tampa, he and his wife spent a year working in New Zealand.
As a big collector and fan of urban, pop, and street art – all of the art you see in all of the clinics has been hand-picked and curated by Dr. Nanda. Many of the featured pieces are from both local and internationally famous artists.
He and his wife, Danielle, have three little kids – they enjoy traveling, movies, concerts, cooking, and exploring all the local beaches and restaurants.
